About Me

IT’S YOUR LIFE, LIVE IT

I know you have to be tired of letting your depression or anxiety symptoms control your life. Your peace of mind is important. Don’t let your fear of social situations, or more importantly, your reaction to those social situations keep you from leaving the house. It’s hard to do something you want to do when you know you’re not going to feel pleasure from it, not to mention something you didn’t want to do in the first place.

It’s not your fault and your feelings are valid. The reason you’re not feeling pleasure from the activities you used to enjoy is depression. It’s the reason you sleep too long and wake up tired; its the reason you don’t smile as often or the reason you’re smile doesn’t seem to reach your eyes. Whether something happened to steal your enjoyment from daily life or you’re just human; realize no one is happy all the time. There is hope. Don’t let your anxiety or depression stop you from living your life.
